Job Description
Tech Mahindra is currently hiring for a Voice Process (Hindi + English) role. Selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries through inbound and outbound voice support while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer queries via voice calls.
- Provide prompt and accurate solutions to customers.
- Maintain professional communication in Hindi and English.
- Follow company guidelines and customer service standards.
- Ensure customer issues are handled efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary).
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Experienced candidates should have at least 12 months of BPO experience with supporting documents.
- Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Fluent Hindi and English speaking ability.
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Language Requirement
- English and Hindi proficiency is mandatory.
- No major MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) for voice process candidates.
Work Details
- 24×7 rotational shifts
- 5 working days per week
- 2 rotational weekly offs
- Maximum age limit: 40 years
Important Conditions
Candidates should:
- Not have attended any Flipkart interview in the last 3 months.
- Have a suitable work-from-home setup.
- Be available to work in rotational shifts.
Selection Process
Round 1: HR Interview
- Video call interview.
- Aadhaar card mandatory for WFH verification.
Round 2: Typing Test
- Minimum typing speed: 25 WPM
- Accuracy required: 90%
Round 3: Final Round
- Google Meet interview.
- Candidate must appear with Aadhaar card for verification.
Salary & Compensation
For Experienced Candidates
- CTC: ₹1,90,000 per annum
- Approximate in-hand salary: ₹14,000 per month
- Minimum 12 months BPO experience required.
For Freshers
- CTC: ₹1,68,000 per annum
- Approximate in-hand salary: ₹12,500 per month

Candidates must have:
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 PC/Laptop.
- Minimum 8 GB RAM.
- Processor: Intel Core i5 (5th Generation or above).
- Stable internet connection with minimum 20 Mbps upload and download speed.
- Power backup facility.
- Noise-cancelling USB headset.
