Role Overview – Full Stack Developer I
As a Full Stack Developer I, you will be part of an agile engineering team where you’ll collaborate with senior developers, solution architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software. This is an associate-level role designed for freshers and early-career engineers who are passionate about technology and ready to grow fast.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design: Collaborate with Full Stack Developer Advisors to break down epics into business and capability features, and iterate with domain and solution architects.
- Scalable Code Development: Write and implement scalable, resilient, and high-performing code and microservices solutions across the full technology stack.
- Code Quality & Security: Ensure quality, performance, and security of code through best practices, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Code Reviews: Drive code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce best development practices across the team.
- Priority Management: Manage competing priorities, provide clear status updates, and escalate issues to leadership when needed.
- Demo Content Ownership: Own software demo content and acceptance criteria, ensuring stakeholder alignment on deliverables.
- Cross-Team Communication: Facilitate communication and problem-solving across multiple teams, business owners, and offshore vendors in large development efforts.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, MIS, or a related discipline.
