Job Description
Selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing technical support through calls, emails, and chat processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries through voice, email, and chat support
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents and resolutions
- Ensure customer satisfaction with quick response time
- Handle service desk operations efficiently
- Support remote troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Assist with hardware and network troubleshooting including LAN and printers
- Work on blended processes including voice, chat, and email support
- Follow ITIL processes and operational guidelines
